Fostering Inclusion: Celebrating Ramadan with Guided Meditation
At the COOP, inclusion isn’t just a value — it’s part of the culture. This year, in partnership with the RISE team, I supported the design and delivery of a meaningful Ramadan celebration that brought together staff through guided meditation, reflection, and cultural understanding.
Throughout the day, employees were invited to take part in in-person and online meditation sessions. These gentle, inclusive spaces allowed for mindfulness, emotional reset, and connection, aligning with the spirit of Ramadan while offering benefits for all staff, regardless of background or belief.
